RTC-OnDemand: On-Demand Shared Transit Service in Southern Nevada
RTC-OnDemand is a new transit program offered by the RTC of Southern Nevada (RTC), providing on-demand shared service for residents and paratransit customers in Southern Nevada. This program offers riders the flexibility to schedule their RTC bus within the RTC-OnDemand zone.
Paratransit customers living in the RTC-OnDemand zone can easily book their same-day ride through the mobile app and travel within the zone or anywhere in the overall RTC service area. Non-paratransit customers can also utilize the mobile app to book their ride and travel within the RTC-OnDemand zone, including businesses, residences, and RTC bus stops for transfers to destinations outside of the RTC-OnDemand zone.
The vehicles used in the RTC-OnDemand program are ADA-friendly and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 passengers. They are equipped with free WiFi for passengers' convenience and three bike racks for those who wish to combine biking with their transit journey.
